FAQ

Common questions, answered.

How long does it take to make a stamp?

Standard self-inking and rubber stamps are ready in 1–2 working days from artwork approval. Plaques and embossers take 3–5 working days depending on complexity. Rush jobs are available — just tell us your deadline.

Do you ship outside Cagayan de Oro?

Yes. We deliver nationwide via J&T, LBC, or your preferred courier. Shipping is quoted after the order is confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

GCash, Maya, BPI/BDO bank transfer, and cash on pickup. For wholesale or institutional orders we can issue official quotes and invoices.

Can I send my own logo or signature?

Absolutely. Send the highest-quality image you have via Messenger or email. We'll clean it up and send back a digital proof before producing the stamp.

What if I make a mistake on the artwork?

Once you approve the digital proof, we proceed with production. If the error is on our side, we re-do it free of charge. If it's a customer-side error after proof approval, a small re-make fee may apply.

Are your Trodat stamps authentic?

Yes — we source genuine Trodat units with refillable pads. No knock-offs.

Can I order for my office, school, or cooperative?

Yes. Visit our Bulk / Wholesale page for institutional pricing and procurement-friendly quotes.

Do you offer refills or repairs?

Yes. We refill Trodat pads and offer minor repair work for embossers we've sold or third-party units brought in.
